To place the order I had to call Wesco: I could not correctly choose the type of shipment. On the scheduled delivery date, the product was not delivered. I paid to be delivered in two days that is to say on Wednesday and on Tuesday evening I received a message indicating that the delivery would indeed be on Wednesday. On Wednesday no one arrives and everything is postponed to Friday. I then call Wesco to confirm for Friday morning (I need the product for Friday afternoon), they confirm it to me and 5 minutes later I receive a message that moves the delivery to Saturday. I then had to personally call the post office to ask them to reschedule the delivery for Friday. When the product finally arrives on Friday it is not the one I saw on the Wesco site and I have to call them again to ask for the correct product. In response, they tell me to write an email and today I am still waiting for a response.

The site is very well stocked and attractive. The hardest part is to hold back! Very good customer follow-up. The only small downside is that the delivery person does not contact us before coming and could easily miss us. Luckily, I was at home during the two deliveries.

Still a fan of Wesco products. Top-notch delivery! Firstly within the deadlines, then they call you to confirm the appointment and the delivery people are great! In short, Wesco is my reference for my job as a nursery assistant, just a pity that the delivery is so expensive despite the quality of service.

After the order, I did not receive any information about the progress of my order and even after contacting customer service by email, I never received a response. Not knowing this website or the brand, I eventually wondered if the site was reliable and if I would really receive anything. I only received a text a few days before delivery, but I remained in doubt for several weeks. Since the item was a birth gift made by several people, I was even more worried about the order. This is the last time I order from this site: too long delays and no information.

So far, I have not been disappointed with Wesco products, good quality and sturdy. The dining set is very popular, the kids have abandoned the wheelbarrow but the nice days are coming and I am sure it will entertain them quickly.
