Delivery faster than the deadlines announced at the time of the order. Bravo! I just regret the impressive amount of packaging... a more ecological approach would be great.

Easy to track my package, clear information. However, a delivery person without a mask who does not respect barrier gestures by bringing a paper to sign without any distancing.

One downside on the delivery service. The package was not handed directly to us. The delivery person neither called nor rang the intercom, despite our presence at home.
