Despite the technical problems due to COVID, the order was processed and shipped very quickly. However, it's a shame to have sent 3 packages for 3 ordered items. That said, everything was perfect.

Had the same problem with a Chronopost delivery: several texts indicating that the package would be delivered at such time at home which I do not leave because I am confined! And the last text to say that the package was dropped off at a relay point! I do not understand...

A lot of choice for everything in the early childhood universe, good quality, products conforming to the order. However, the delivery was made in two parts because of two packages, please specify next time that there are two deliveries because I thought there was an omission during the first one.

Not a practical site, I ordered a green 130 cm motor skills mat and received a blue mat twice that I did not order.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your order was indeed a victim of confusion. We hope, in the current context, that you will not hold it against us. You will soon receive the mat of your choice.

Delivered faster than expected. I find that the threshold for waiving shipping costs is a bit high nonetheless.

Well-stocked site. Sometimes not easy to navigate when not looking for large volumes. Enough to keep the kids occupied during confinement ;-)

Very satisfied with the ordered products, affordable prices, the only downside is the delivery time is a bit long but surely linked to the current health situation so completely understandable.
