Always satisfied with the Wesco service, even if a little promo code would be nice when you are a good customer ;)

Fast delivery time. However, it is not clear when you want to cancel an order on the site (2 different buttons, one of which does not work, and no cancellation confirmation email) but customer service is attentive, available, and pleasant.

Site: several wish lists would be appreciated. Indeed, I select a very large list of toys that I keep for future orders but then I can no longer send a more restricted list to my recipients..

The products from this brand are very good. However, my last order did not go very well (wrong product sent). The customer service was not good in handling my complaint: little dialogue (had to chase them for responses), too slow to react (it took a month to finally get what I ordered). This does not necessarily make me want to order from them again. It's a shame!
