Very sturdy column, the color variations are great, the little fish are super because the tail is flexible. The only regret is the noise of the motor, the fact that there are air bubbles moving. Convenient switch to turn it on, but it would have been nice if the system was the same as the jellyfish aquarium without bubbles and noise.

very long delivery times (several weeks) and 1 item: delivery postponed... then a call to confirm the delivery day but not the time: a range between 8 am and 6 pm I am told. Bravo!!! You have to take a day off to receive the item....

Your order contained non-eligible products which explains why you could not benefit from free delivery. The delivery was the problem because they only had daily time slots without precise hours, it is impossible to take a day off just to receive a package. I went myself to Rungis to pick up the package directly from the carrier even though I paid for delivery. The packaging cover was torn, fortunately the package was not damaged.

Very, very disappointed. I ordered 3 items. I was only delivered the activity ball which was all greasy and full of oil and impossible to inflate. I am still waiting for the rest of my items and have been unable to get a clear response so far. I will never order from this site again.

Debits the amount, credits it back, and debits it again. A site where there is zero trust regarding banking details. As for the delivery, for your information, the delivery people do not come up to your home but park double-file and leave the packages at the bottom of the building.
