Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory. I believe I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees again since it wasn't my mistake and it could even have been offered to me. In short, my first experience with Wesco is not encouraging.

For this product, if you wish to use the chair with the crotch strap but without the tray, we offer the accessory alone (reference 63215). This experience does not align with the values upheld by Wesco.
