Really I am disappointed. The package was not securely packed enough and the purchased gouache was leaking out of the package. Too bad because the products are excellent. Packaging for shipments needs to be reviewed!

Copy of the email sent and still unanswered to this day. It is December 26, a month after the order was placed, and my grandson did not receive the gift for Christmas even though you committed to deliver between December 21 and 23, 2020. This situation generates complete dissatisfaction and is the opposite of the joy we were supposed to create around him while we could not be present that day by his side. Your attitude, given that we trusted you a month in advance, is unacceptable. I find this process perverse and harmful as we wanted to create joy in our grandson's home. Today, I only have this laconic email from you and a very great frustration to live with the malaise that takes the place of the joy of giving a beautiful gift to one's own grandchild whom we cannot even go see.
