Generally reliable site, with a wide choice of toys. I particularly appreciate that the suitable ages are indicated for each toy presented.

I suppose the crisis did not have a positive effect on transactions, however I had placed my order well before the start of the lockdown and I had to wait two months to receive my delivery. I wasn't sure it was priority... moreover, one of the two jugs was broken and the package was open before its arrival. In short, not great! The product is good though.

A very long delivery time (order in November and received about 3 months later). However, the after-sales service is really very professional and always attentive to ensure we are satisfied. Thank you to them.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your comment. We attach great importance to the quality of our products and the full satisfaction of our customers. Your remark has therefore been forwarded to our quality team, which records all complaints and ensures the follow-up of each marketed product. To date, we have not received any feedback on this product, but following your review, our quality laboratory has carried out a verification. The sheets have a slight relief on one side which slightly attenuates the transparency effect. Nevertheless, when looking through, you can clearly see what is on the other side. We look forward to seeing you again soon on our site. Have a nice day.

Fast delivery despite the attitude of the carrier. Nice phone reception. Disappointed by the size of the stickers and crayons. Otherwise, the rest of the products meet my expectations.

There was a problem with the order, but the after-sales service reacted very quickly and did what was necessary for the missing item.

Reliability of the site, delivery time and condition of the package are perfect. Particularly during this period, as a former kindergarten teacher I know the products and trust Wesco.

Very good products, delivery before the estimated date, a wide choice of products. I would set prices a bit high for some of the products.

Order prepared and received within a perfectly acceptable timeframe. Impeccable products. The box used for shipping was about 5 times too big. I regret this choice which harms the environment. Ecology is one of my criteria for selecting my suppliers.

Error on the color of the ball, my son wanted a blue one and we received a purple one. And very very disappointed with the giant beads as some do not clip; poor finishes. We are waiting for a commercial gesture from you, hoping for a favorable response. Regards, MME SCHNEIDER..

Easy to track my package, clear information. However, a delivery person without a mask who does not respect barrier gestures by bringing a paper to sign without any distancing.

One downside on the delivery service. The package was not handed directly to us. The delivery person neither called nor rang the intercom, despite our presence at home.

Order without problems, but why so many boxes? A few brushes in a huge box seems like a lot of waste... too bad...

Navigation a bit tedious, too bad there is no possibility of having a paper catalog. Delivery on time. Product conforms.
