The packaging of the order was poorly done, the postal service's colisimo reported a package incident and refused to take charge of the package. Regarding the ordered product, nothing to say but I am very disappointed regarding the delivery because for an order placed on a Thursday having paid €14.90 for express delivery in 24h, the package only arrived on Monday! And when we ask for explanations and a refund of the delivery costs from customer service, there is no one and no response! Really not serious! Therefore, this is the first and last time I will use this site because there are much cheaper and much more serious options elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the delivery! We are asked to choose a day and a time (a time slot) which I find great, so I block a morning on purpose and in the end, nothing! No visit, no news... I call several times but all the advisors are busy so I send an email and I receive a call 3 hours later while I have left home.. And then I am offered a delivery not before the next day and I am told that one package out of the 2 is missing... Anyway... Disappointed
