The product ordered does not meet my expectations at all. The duvet cover turns at the same time as the child during sleep. No means of attachment to the mattress. Upon checking, the description on the site is not clear and can mislead the consumer. Second unpleasant surprise, the return is at the buyer's expense. When you see the dimensions of the package sent for just a duvet and a pillow, it is very discouraging regarding the use of the after-sales service. As a daycare director (I ordered privately), I will not fail to communicate this fact to my professional network.

Hello and thank you for your comment. This sleeping bag is indeed designed to be used on all types of beds. As you mentioned, there is no means of attachment to the mattress for this classic model. Only the

The order is delivered to the foot of the building... The carrier did not inform me and on Wesco I did not see the information at the time of the order... maybe it was marked in very small print?? In any case, in addition to the delivery delay, it's very average...

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your comment. We apologize for the additional delay. Delivery to the upper floors of a building is indeed an additional service that carriers do not always want to provide. We invite you to specify this in advance for your future orders.

Very disappointed with certain items, particularly regarding safety (a toy that breaks in a child's mouth!!)

very good, items received on the scheduled dates, well packaged... even too much for my taste, huge box for two rather small items - I received it at home - why such a big box??

Order received quickly. However, it's a shame that we cannot have the product delivered to a parcel relay or Mondial Relay. We have to wait for the delivery person and that's a big star less.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your comment. You can choose the parcel relay delivery option. However, we cannot force businesses to accept large packages. We hope your new bed brings you satisfaction.

The products are good but the delivery was not great: a pack of stickers arrived not very quickly, not left in the mailbox, so I had to wait until Saturday to pick them up at the post office!!!! Very long for a product I needed quickly!

Terrible!!! Very mediocre product, borderline dangerous, we received it and threw it in the trash immediately! A shame!!! How can a scrupulous seller be allowed to sell such dangerous crap for a baby!!! A real scam!!! Stay away!!!!

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for your comment. This toy is particularly appreciated by early childhood professionals who use it with very young children to play with dolls and imitate the adults around them. It is in no way a real cradle for infants but a toy. If there are quality issues with this toy, please contact our customer service at [email protected] so that they can address your request as soon as possible.

Happy with the rug but extremely shocked by the delivery times and conditions. I finally receive it after 3 weeks of waiting and decades of surcharges to the carrier Heppner. Catastrophic!!

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We place the utmost importance on providing you with quality service. Despite all the care we take in preparing your orders, the encounter with the carrier does not always happen as we would like. We have reported the information to the carrier. The appointment is made online after receiving a text message.
