Not having received my order to date and after several phone calls, I was informed that the delivery person came to my home but could not leave the package claiming that the person who would have received it was not expecting any order. This supposedly happened during his two visits while I saw no one and received no notice or phone call from the delivery person. I contacted the carrier (the very unpleasant lady) who insisted that a notice had been left in the mailbox... The delivery is rescheduled for the 24th but on that date and until February 10th, I am abroad. So I canceled this order and kindly ask you to process my refund. Best regards, Christian Chauvet

Order of three tricycles for the Christmas gift for two kindergarten classes, they arrived 3 days after the announced deadline, the children were very disappointed to see nothing under the tree upon their return from vacation...
