A few minutes after validating my order, I realized that I had forgotten two products. I wanted to cancel my order (because there is no modification proposed) to add these products. Impossible to cancel because the order preparation was in progress even though I had just validated it. In total, the order was only shipped 2 days later and I only received it after 5 days. Since I have to pay shipping fees again, I will not reorder the products I wanted to add.

For now, not reliable, despite the good reputation of the items. I have not yet received a response to my complaint message, just a few days before Christmas.

Very disappointed with my order. Items refused by the carrier, package torn with a mat that was damaged and dirty as it had obviously been dragged in trucks. Packaging not sturdy. Result: an email to customer service that will process my request in 3 weeks and my floor mats that I will not be able to receive for Christmas... even though I ordered on 27/11 items in stock to be sure to have them by 24/12..

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite all the attention we pay to the preparation of your packages, we cannot control the delivery. The response times of customer service are announced to be a maximum of 3 weeks but as you have noticed, your order left our workshops the very next day and you received your packages on time. We hope you had a good holiday and that the items found their audience.

Delivery times are way too long even though I paid for my order in full on the day I placed it. Additionally, I am very disappointed with the quality of the mirror; the edges of the MDF panel are unfinished.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite the care we take in preparing your packages, transport can bring unpleasant surprises. Wesco has chosen not to outsource its telephone support, and the Christmas period is intense, and our elves are very busy. We apologize for this and hope that your order now brings you complete satisfaction.
