Received bad diapers, ineffective customer service by phone, no response to the various emails sent, only Adeline from social media was able to answer my questions even though she is not directly concerned (hence the 2 *, otherwise I would have given only 1...). A week to realize that they no longer have in stock the diapers I ordered (the stock on the website has still not been updated...). How long will it take for me to be refunded my €95??? This is a significant amount, especially since I had to reorder this from another website.
