Customer service no longer responds to my follow-ups. I am used to online shopping but I have never seen this! For individuals, I do not recommend this site at all, regardless of the quality of Wesco products.

We did not appreciate the delivery at all. The delivery person left everything on the pavement and before 9 am without caring whether we could retrieve the equipment or not.
