I am extremely disappointed not by the products which are always of quality but by the order, I did not receive the right product. The child will leave without their gift. Unless the team reacts very quickly and sends me the turtle rattle before Friday.

Perfect for deliveries in terms of announced deadlines. We have not yet obtained the premises that were promised to us for our activity. Therefore, we are not yet unpacking our deliveries. I will evaluate the material later.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Our customer service has taken your request into account and has indicated the procedure to follow for a refund to be made. On the product sheet in question, we specify that the color is assorted. The preparation of the order for this reference is therefore done randomly (the product itself remains in accordance with the visual and description, only the color changes). We still hope to have the opportunity to see you again soon on our site. Have a nice day.
