Very fast shipping. Conforms to my expectations. Package a bit big for what was inside but otherwise I highly recommend! If I need to reorder, I will do so without hesitation.

It is still particularly astonishing to receive a phone call from the public school located 2 km from ours saying that the package was delivered to them!!! + Obligation to go pick up the package during school hours!!!

Very good, products a bit expensive but of quality. However, products were over-packaged, a huge box for a very thin sleeping bag that could have fit in an envelope... Plus, I ordered 2 that arrived separately.

Customer service is a disaster, not up to the demand. Never ordering from them again, received a bad package, a whole bunch of procedures to do knowing it's their fault.
