Despite the technical problems due to COVID, the order was processed and shipped very quickly. However, it's a shame to have sent 3 packages for 3 ordered items. That said, everything was perfect.

A lot of choice for everything in the early childhood universe, good quality, products conforming to the order. However, the delivery was made in two parts because of two packages, please specify next time that there are two deliveries because I thought there was an omission during the first one.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your order was indeed a victim of confusion. We hope, in the current context, that you will not hold it against us. You will soon receive the mat of your choice.
