I have already ordered several times and have nothing to say, both about the payment, the communication from preparation to delivery, as well as the delivery itself. I recommend and I will obviously recommend!

The products are compliant and the packaging is suitable. The problem comes from the carrier who left the boxes under a shelter and with the wrong recipient. We found the boxes by chance.

Article arrived quickly in good condition. Changing mat with fairly high edges and non-slip mat. Practical half-moon cushion, helps baby sit up while waiting for him to sit by himself. Practical chair or floor cushion, easy to clean with a quick wipe.

Two packages arrived in two large boxes, we will need to consider adapting the shipments. Arrived by Colissimo, so the post. One package was re-taped by the post office and the second arrived completely open. The postman asked me if I had everything, so 3 items but didn't want me to open the second box, it was difficult for me to know if I had everything. In the end, I have everything but very poorly packaged.

Response from Wesco
Hello,
We take good note of your report regarding the delivery of your order and we are reassured to learn that you have received all your items.
To provide you with some clarifications, receiving two separate boxes is completely normal: the distribution of your shipments directly depends on the nature of your products and the filling rate of our packaging.
Furthermore, please note that Colissimo can indeed repackage or re-tape a package if it has been weakened or handled during transit in their network. However, we will forward your comment to our carrier to remain vigilant about the quality of their delivery service.
Have a nice day.
