Scheduled delivery between August 16 and 18. Excuse of the Olympics for not shipping it. Need to send an email to ensure that the postponed delivery in mid-September happens before the Paralympic Games to hope to receive it before the start of the school year. The delivery was terrible... the package was slipped between two mailboxes, we didn't find it on the day of delivery, we contested the delivery. The return from Chronopost and Wesco was 'The package was deposited in the mailbox in a safe place' we found the package 10 days later.... obviously, it got wet and molded. We are waiting for a refund or a gesture...
