As usual, delighted with my order, I noticed a price increase (I ordered exactly the same products as last year) which is not negligible when you are a childminder!

Quality product and fast shipping. Satisfied with my purchase. Just a small downside regarding the packaging as I ordered a changing mat that was just wrapped in a transparent plastic bag. It could have been easily damaged during transport but only had a crushed corner that quickly returned to normal.

I love it, although the prices could be a bit lower, it's sometimes excessive.

I canceled the order due to non-compliance with the indicated deadlines. Wesco confirmed the cancellation and sent me a zero invoice. Then they indicated that the package was shipped. I did not receive the package and was charged. I will therefore put them on notice to immediately refund the funds paid.

So the site itself is fine, but the delivery is a disaster; none of my orders have gone smoothly. The carrier is unreachable and postpones deliveries for no reason; it's a catastrophe. The packages arrive damaged; fortunately, the products are of good quality, otherwise, I wouldn't order anything just for that.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Despite all the care our teams put into preparing orders, they can exceptionally suffer from the unpredictability of transport (especially during this busy end-of-year period). We regret this particularly disappointing situation for you and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are informing our logistics service, which will take the necessary steps with the concerned carrier to ensure that this situation does not happen again. We want to thank you for your trust and loyalty while highlighting the quality of our products in your review. We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again in 2024 on our site. We wish you an excellent day.
