Satisfied with my quality module order, I know this brand well. I am an approved childminder and I have a lot of Wesco material.

The site is very well designed with products thought out for early childhood in terms of educational and safety interest. It has the advantage of having age ranges. The details during the order are clear. The delivery, in always impeccable packaging, is always done within the specified deadlines during the order tracking. Kudos for your professionalism that clearly makes a difference in my choice compared to other sites.

Site easy to access. The only downside is that I would have liked to find the paint in 1L individually otherwise everything is ok. Prices are correct, delivery is also correct. Very satisfied.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We sincerely apologize for the problem encountered. From reading your comment, it is difficult for us to know if it was an oversight at the time of order preparation or if it was a problem related to the transport of your order (damaged package and lost parts). However, in order to provide you with a solution, could you please write to us at [email protected] specifying the missing parts (screws or others)? Our customer service team will do what is necessary to send them to you as soon as possible. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and we hope to see you again soon on wesco.fr. Have a good day.

Personally, I find that navigating your site is not intuitive. Regarding delivery, the deadline was respected and the perfectly packaged parcel arrived intact. For an unknown reason, however, I had to pick up my package at the Post Office, and not at the relay merchant I had chosen. Fortunately, the two locations are very close to each other.

Magnificent carpet, the children have adopted it, all the children of the nanny. Just one small thing, I noticed a small snag in the fold when unpacking, probably during delivery, the delivery person was not very careful.

Bench, module of very good quality. Impeccable finish, French product. The only downside is that it is quite expensive. A real little nursery at home. Thank you Wesco
