Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience on our site did not meet your expectations. To avoid encountering these problems again, we recommend that you create an account on the site, you will be able to place orders more easily than with a guest account. By creating an account, you will also have the possibility to save a list of your favorite items, to find on the site whenever you want, which should facilitate your purchases. We sincerely hope that this unfortunate experience will not prevent you from coming back to us at www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day

The search on the site and the order went well. The books are good. Small downside: we were not informed of the delivery day.

very disappointed by, not the quality which seems good, but the impossibility to understand the assembly instructions. As a result, for a relatively high price, a very unsatisfactory result. I will not repeat orders for childcare equipment.

I work as a childminder with my husband and we often order our professional equipment from Wesco. Admittedly, the prices are not cheap, but we are satisfied with the quality of the products. Moreover, it is always gratifying to hear compliments from parents when they visit the rooms dedicated to children with this equipment.

I am very happy with the motor skills modules, I bought them for my daughter who is 15 and a half months old and loves climbing stairs. The modules seem to last well over time, are easy to clean. I have a 3-step module (green) and a blue 'wave'. If I had more space, I would have taken more.

A customer for years at WESCO for a community, I find that prices are always more expensive, the quality is no longer what it was and I am resorting to customer service more and more often.
