Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
The site is very good. The customer service is also very good. Big delivery issues (2 months wait while the item was in stock at the time of order) Otherwise the products are great and of very good quality

I appreciated being able to have the order delivered as stock became available. It avoided having to wait for everything to be available. The order tracking service is also very available.

Impeccable website, easy to navigate, I received the order 1 week later and very satisfied with both products (cot bed + fitted sheet) of very good quality, I know these products very well being a former nursery assistant and now a childminder. However, I have a complaint about the delivery, the delivery person was really not friendly at all either on the phone or at delivery, barely a 'hello' and no 'goodbye' either (politeness is something essential that we teach children) if he doesn't like his job he should change it immediately, it would be better for everyone!

Serious site. I have been a customer since 2017 and a childminder. There is someone on the phone when you call. We are quickly delivered after ordering.

Easy to use site. Top products. Only downside: the oversized size of the box compared to the product.
