The bottle of gouache opened during transport and spilled in the box, I sent an email with photos to inform Wesco, still no response to this day...

Too bad it takes several months to receive the ordered items but everything seems to be of quality. However, it's a shame not to retain your customers

Friendly welcome but poor organization and management when there is a large order. We are still waiting for products that arrive drop by drop. It's poorly managed and delivery times are not respected. Too bad! Disappointed

Complicated locker to assemble, unclear instructions on the different elements. I had to order the hooks separately, nothing is specified on the site.

Well-made site, very good choice in the search engine to select articles that suit us. However, I would have liked to keep the items in the cart longer, I took time to decide and had to reselect them several times.

The mattress is nice but received folded so with the crease mark, too bad for this imperfection. Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality.

The items are of good quality but the delivery company was not very careful. My large plain sewn mat received a cut from a cutter that damaged the packaging and the mat. It is not completely cut but has taken a hit which weakens it!! Too bad for me, I saw it after unpacking because as a childminder, I was with my little ones when I received the package! So I didn't take the time to check everything.
