Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
After the order, I did not receive any information about the progress of my order and even after contacting customer service by email, I never received a response. Not knowing this website or the brand, I eventually wondered if the site was reliable and if I would really receive anything. I only received a text a few days before delivery, but I remained in doubt for several weeks. Since the item was a birth gift made by several people, I was even more worried about the order. This is the last time I order from this site: too long delays and no information.

The site did not give any news for a month after my order. I had to chase them and by miracle, they informed me that my order would ship the same day. After that, everything went well. I am just surprised by the lack of follow-up on orders. We'll chalk that up to COVID.

Hello, for this order I will only give this rating since I had made two separate orders, one for delivery in BOURG and one for delivery in AMBERIEU EN BUGEY, and both arrived in AMBERIEU...

So far, I have not been disappointed with Wesco products, good quality and sturdy. The dining set is very popular, the kids have abandoned the wheelbarrow but the nice days are coming and I am sure it will entertain them quickly.

Very happy with the product but I grouped the order and I only received one instruction manual for the game, if you could send another one for my colleague, thank you in advance.

Very good, I have been a customer for years. However, in my last order, one item was missing from a set of weighted feet for the partition walls, I am waiting for news from customer service.

Excellent quality products! However, I regret the nonexistent package tracking on the Wesco personal account... and also the fact that the items arrive in a large truck unprotected (only wrapped in a plastic bag; no box)
