Arrived on time, in good condition. However, maybe it wasn't necessary to put it in such a big box...

As already stated by email and visible in the photos sent: - Deliveries took place multiple times, including one Wednesday (we are a primary school) and not all at once, which implies significant availability to open for the delivery person (always very polite and professional) and a large number of emails to indicate where the different packages were. - One of the packages was re-packaged without us being informed - One of the packages was poorly sealed and was losing parts! We will open all our packages this Monday as a team and will need to check that everything is in good condition. A lot of energy and time wasted for a brand that seemed to be a guarantee of quality. A commercial gesture would be welcome. Ecole Notre Dame de la Salette La Rabatelière

the received products are perfect, my only regret: such a large box for such a small order. A great waste of raw material. That's why I only give 4 *

I received the order quickly. However, one paint can had a damaged cap that did not allow it to be closed; since it belonged to a batch of items for a product exchange, I would have had to request and return all the products. Too bad.
