VERY GOOD PRODUCT BUT DISASTROUS DELIVERY, DELIVERED ON THE SIDEWALK WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION WITH AN UNPLEASANT DELIVERY PERSON EVEN THOUGH PREVIOUS DELIVERY WAS AT THE DOOR OF THE HOME.

Our customer service is at your disposal at [email protected] for any complaint regarding your order. In parallel, and in a continuous improvement approach, we will inform our logistics service of this unfortunate experience. I had several advisors on the phone who were very unfriendly. I asked for help to make a quote (for €600) and was told that the colors 'N' do not exist without even looking, even though I insisted that I was sure I had seen that color before... I asked about delivery times and was told nonsense as if they wanted to dissuade me from my order, I don't understand... I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and it was the same each time. Fortunately, I was able to place my order myself; it's a shame this company has beautiful products, I'm now waiting for the receipt...

Good, fast delivery. However, it's a shame to deliver toy cutlery in an oversized box. The order was not urgent and could have waited a few days to deliver everything at the same time.

I am happy to have received my purchases. However, I am quite disappointed with the delivery. The packaging was of poor quality and a can of paint must have been lost among the twelve I ordered...(The three boxes exploded).

Compliant product, very good, I would have liked to have better tracking of the package, appointment only the day before delivery.

Too bad the package is much too large for the volume of the items, it takes up a lot of unnecessary space and prevents delivery in the mailbox.
