Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Good quality products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the costs are high, no commercial gesture even though there were missing items in my order.

We were supposed to be delivered on Monday, December 4th, the package was finally delivered on Thursday, November 29th. We were absent, we did not receive any phone call from the carrier, the package was delivered to a neighbor, fortunately, we get along well with them but I should not have imposed this constraint and responsibility on them in case of problems with the package.

A lot of things, a lot of choices so it inevitably takes time and the site sometimes bugs, going back to the beginning of the search or having to start all over again (before selection); we don't know what to choose! The quality is there but so are the prices.

Hello, The supplier Wesco is not at fault (although the product I initially ordered was out of stock and the restocking times were doubled compared to what was announced on the website). The company tasked by Wesco to carry out the delivery is the issue: delivery window from 9 am to 5 pm (nothing more precise) and the delivery person delivers to the street and refuses to enter your residence (he is not paid to 'take the elevator').

Efficient, fast, WESCO sells items perfectly suited for children. To evaluate the contents of my order, I will have to wait for Christmas, as the toys are intended for that period.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. You indeed chose Express delivery (Chronopost 24h) which amounts to €14.90. Standard delivery (to your home, workplace, or pickup point) is offered for €5.90. And if you are a professional, delivery is free for purchases over €250.

I really like the products offered. I have never been disappointed. However, I am a professional in early childhood (childminder) and I regularly order from the wesco site and have been doing so for several years, and I never benefit from any advantages or discounts... In fact, I do not order as much as communities or nurseries, but I place 1 to 2 orders a year... Best regards, Mrs. P. T. A.

The products and speed are satisfactory. However, the packages are not sturdy enough: more than half of the 6 packages were opened and/or damaged (opened along the perforated lines, or a piece of cardboard detached with very small visible glue dots at the start). As a result, 4 items missing.
