I question the packaging when sending the items.
The changing mat was just wrapped in a transparent plastic protection that was very dirty (from being dragged around in the delivery truck). No reinforced packaging to properly protect the item and... this is a recurring problem with Wesco (I have already received broken items due to careless packaging).

Response from Wesco
Thank you for your feedback. Wesco places the utmost importance on the quality of its services and the complete satisfaction of its customers. Foam items are packaged in plastic sheaths to protect them from dust. No additional cardboard packaging is necessary, as the product is sufficiently durable.

Order received in two parts. And in the second one, I was sent a notebook with small squares instead of a book on harassment. The customer service did not doubt my good faith and proceeded to send the ordered book again.

There was an error on a product I ordered in natural color that I received multicolor from the service. I was very surprised to see that the return shipping costs are at my expense?

The site is clear. However, I was told about a promotion on the cots and I had a hard time being sure that it was indeed that.
