A contact with a sales representative for advice would be welcome! The site is easy until the order is validated with an administrative mandate. There I get stuck and I go through email to customer service; I am disappointed by the quality of the sofas, seats, rugs... which are less robust than a few years ago! Have a nice end of the day

I received my package on time and am satisfied with my purchase, it's very good. However, it was a home delivery of a small puzzle in a very large box that doesn't fit in the mailbox... the mail carrier had quite a hard time, it's a real shame. It would therefore be wise to provide packaging suitable for the size of the products. Thank you!
