Good material, nothing to say about that. The only downside in the delivery of a really large order is the boxes not put together for the furniture... it would be ingenious to find a system indicating the number of boxes per piece of furniture with clear information to help find them. When you have about fifty without information, it's complicated.

The products are of very good quality, the exception is radipe. However, the carrier dpd does not suit me, they never make the effort to come to my home, refuse to drop off at a relay point, so I had to travel with my vehicle to a meeting point where the delivery person made me wait 30 minutes. While other carriers come to my gate.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted to read that our products and your experience on our site bring you complete satisfaction. However, we regret the difficulties encountered during delivery. After checking with the carrier, it appears that access to your home was not feasible with the vehicle used, which necessitated direct contact to arrange an alternative delivery. We understand that this solution may have been inconvenient for you and we sincerely regret the wait caused. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we hope that your next order will go more smoothly. Have a nice day.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to clarify the cancellation of your order. According to our general sales conditions, for any new customer account, payment in cash is required at the time of the order in order to proceed with its shipment. Despite our various reminders, we unfortunately did not receive your payment and we were forced to cancel your order. We sincerely hope you understand this process and remain at your disposal for any further information. We thank you in advance for your understanding and wish you an excellent day.

I had to place the order twice even though I had paid the first time by accessing my banking app, but I never received the confirmation email. Fortunately, I was able to reorder so that it would arrive on time at home.

As a childminder, I bought a crib during my first order and being very satisfied, I just bought a second one because it is very practical to handle, lightweight, and easy to clean, and the sheets and blankets do not come off as they are held in place by elastics.
