Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
I ordered a doll! It does not look like the description at all, it is really not pretty. My child likes it anyway, so I give her 20 minutes of play and one part is coming undone... Disappointed. For the rest, I have never had a problem.

Nothing to report: fast delivery, careful shipping (but the ordered product was not fragile).

Site with many choices; perhaps too many criteria with toys that end up in several categories.

Site recommended by early childhood professionals. I bought a first crib there because I am a licensed childminder myself. I look for quality but also, and above all, the safety of my charges. It is only natural that I order from Wesco.

Delivery too slow. The diaper and the dress were not packaged and were 'moving around' in the box. Whereas the pajamas were in a small bag, well protected.

During my last order, some parts of plastiroc were grayish and not white. I suspect this product is not made by you, but perhaps it would be useful to mention it to the manufacturer. Thank you.

The site is well made but I regret not having access to the pdf catalog (in my case I was looking for fitted sheets with pockets in sponge)

I expressed that I wanted to cancel this order because the delivery time was too long. Unfortunately, my request was taken into account on the day the package was shipped. The delivery person left the package in front of the door, I could not refuse it as requested by customer service. I am left with a package that I have still not opened and that I no longer want. I am once again waiting for a response from customer service.
