Impeccable website, easy to navigate, I received the order 1 week later and very satisfied with both products (cot bed + fitted sheet) of very good quality, I know these products very well being a former nursery assistant and now a childminder. However, I have a complaint about the delivery, the delivery person was really not friendly at all either on the phone or at delivery, barely a 'hello' and no 'goodbye' either (politeness is something essential that we teach children) if he doesn't like his job he should change it immediately, it would be better for everyone!

I absolutely do not recommend this site, deplorable, I waited a month and a half for a Christmas gift for a child, a gift supposedly in stock at the time of the order... then delayed... then unavailable in January... I received instead the catalog whose shipping costs were charged to me and not refunded of course... the phone contact with customer service was very bad, very unpleasant and totally ineffective person; In short, I do not recommend it to anyone.
