Hello, nothing to say about the quality of the products but the delivery person from Hepner dropped the first small package at the media library and refused to come to the daycare even though we are neighboring structures. The second delivery was indeed made to the daycare but one package fell on the way... Today, the cart's box was well damaged but by the cart, the delivery person was very courteous!

My article matches exactly the photo on the site, of very good quality, too happy. However, the size of the box is really too big for such a small item and moreover when I received it, the box was torn all along one side!

We are noticing a recurring dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of packages. The delivery drivers lack caution and drop the packages carelessly (sometimes causing damage). Moreover, they often leave immediately after ringing the bell, leaving the packages outside without ensuring their receipt by an agent.

As already stated by email and visible in the photos sent: - Deliveries took place multiple times, including one Wednesday (we are a primary school) and not all at once, which implies significant availability to open for the delivery person (always very polite and professional) and a large number of emails to indicate where the different packages were. - One of the packages was re-packaged without us being informed - One of the packages was poorly sealed and was losing parts! We will open all our packages this Monday as a team and will need to check that everything is in good condition. A lot of energy and time wasted for a brand that seemed to be a guarantee of quality.
