Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
The products are compliant but I received them in a completely torn and open package, it was the post office that put tape so the products wouldn't fall out. I have photos available. Under these conditions, I think I will no longer order from WESCO. Best regards

Hello, the order has arrived, but not at the right place, even though the delivery address is correctly noted on the account, it's a shame

This is the second time that the pouch containing the Kamishibai book is torn, so in the package. This is not a delivery issue but rather, I think, during packaging and since it's for a gift, it's still frustrating.

The delivery took a while with an increased level of stress when I read that my order had been delivered correctly while I hadn't actually received anything yet!!

Very disappointed partly because of the two-month waiting period, which is very long, and there was damage to one of the plates that were more dug out, but if I return it, when will the return be! Very disappointed for the price which is relatively high

The order arrived at its destination in good condition. It arrived quickly considering the order issues. A downside on the clarity of the ordering process, the request for an invoice to make the payment, and the payment confirmation. The products maintain excellent quality

Barrier and feet delivered quickly and in very good condition. However, the feet are not included in the price of the barrier and in the end, I ended up paying more for the feet than for the barrier, which totals more than 100 euros for the barrier, that's quite expensive!
