Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Very satisfied with the products offered!! However, educational learning games based on current methods would be even more interesting!! Regarding your prices, they seem a bit high to me, which pushed me to buy elsewhere, which is a shame!!!

Good management regarding the order, it was still a large order, and the delivery times. However, a major negative point is the packaging of the package. The package was not very well packaged, it suffered some damage during transport, it even opened a bit. Inside the package, some items were also a bit damaged during transport, and they were not very well protected either.

Particularly satisfied with the quality of Wesco products and delivery times. However, if a product is out of stock, you do not cover the costs for a separate shipment. Also, during our previous order (high chair for children), the box was very damaged. Fortunately, the chair was intact.

Issue with the order address, but the delivery person was understanding and the recovery was done by a neighbor. So great, because I was in DOM for a death.

I opened the package this morning to prepare a surprise route for my children for Christmas tomorrow and I found a broken piece at the bottom of the bag... I am disappointed.

Intuitive website. Simple to place an order. However, the delivery was laborious: under the pretext of an allegedly incomplete address, we received SMS and emails from GLS, but not a single phone call. Sorry to live in the countryside with a hamlet name that is not listed. Only your services contacted us to resolve this issue, but without success with GLS.

Clear site. Good order tracking. Fast shipping. Receipt of the posters was impeccable, but the small package was not sturdy enough to support the weight of other packages: it was 'squashed' on one side and the post had to reinforce it (on the side where the package was empty..). This slowed down its reception... but no breakage... phew!

Not unpacked, Christmas purchase, but good order tracking, and the quality of the product has already proven itself.
A little disappointment because I ordered my bin to replace the one my daughter broke. But the colors are no longer the same at all (formerly a nice transparent purple but now a pale and opaque purple).

Products well packaged despite the bottom of the box being wet, the inside remained dry. The mat was delivered with slightly open plastic packaging, so the mat was dirty in that spot, fortunately, it washes very well. Everything was delivered at the same time, within the allotted time. No errors in the order.

Delivery times are extremely long! Order placed on 11/8, product in stock on the site. Email stating that the order has been delivered (it was the presentation catalog) then no news, as of today 12/9 they still do not know when I will be delivered, first and last time I order from them.
