The wall bar attachments were missing. At no point was it mentioned that they were not provided. I had to place a second order. Bad surprise for my wallet...

A paint can leaked in the package which was returned... so disappointed.

A bit slow shipping

I had an issue with my previous order. I sent you an email and never received a response. Disappointing customer service!!

Had the same problem with a Chronopost delivery: several texts indicating that the package would be delivered at such time at home which I do not leave because I am confined! And the last text to say that the package was dropped off at a relay point! I do not understand...

Very good and clear site, however the packaging needs to be reviewed... and the shipping costs too..

Very good brand, package delivered on the right date.

Shipping box too large... the pack of chalk was moving around and was open... 2 chalks were broken as a result. And the small boxes of stickers were also moving around in the big box.

Package arrived open at a company at 3 rue de my planned delivery location. Phew, everything was there. Change your delivery service provider.

Good site, but a small problem with order tracking updates.

I had ordered a box of large chalks. The plastic box arrived broken, and all the chalks were also broken. What a disappointment for my children!

I placed an order on the site and that day, the site confirmed it could send orders to individuals (lockdown). My order was stuck in closed warehouses. I only received it 20 days later.

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism of your delivery system, their handling of ongoing operations and those completed on their site, and the contact with their delivery person. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 20th, a call from the delivery person that we missed (no message). The reason for non-delivery on the site, additional address needed... We made a second delivery request (same address, we only have one). The delivery was supposed to be made on the GLS site on the 23rd. I called the delivery person who told me he had not loaded anything, had not found our address on his GPS on the 20th, citing a different but nearby address, namely 'chemin du pont de la cagne' instead of our address 'chemin de la Cagne'. Nothing yesterday on the package tracking site. I tried to call GLS without success after an endless wait. This morning, a call from the delivery person who was downstairs at my place (apparently he must have changed GPS or entered the correct address) and refused to come up to my place with a 13m3 utility vehicle, a sloped concrete path that all delivery people take (yesterday a 16m3 came to deliver me a desk). I mentioned to the delivery person that I had a caravan at home, which he could see, and he told me verbatim in a tone from the beginning bordering on correction and this time aggressive 'well do you want your package yes or no.....' By the time I went down to meet him, my package was left at the entrance of the path and he was already turning around. I did not electronically sign any delivery slip, the coronavirus was mentioned by the window while turning around, which may be a precautionary measure that I understand. Going on the GLS site this morning, all delivery operations are validated for the 24th, including that the package was at the delivery agency yesterday, for an email from them dated May 20: Thank you for your trust. Your package 00DDLE58 will be delivered on the specified date March 23, 2020 at this address*: 3900 CHEMIN DE LA CAGNE 06640 ST JEANNET France Same address, same delivery person. It is possible that I am the only one reporting this kind of inconvenience, but if not, it would be good to report these inconveniences to GLS. Best regards, Y.

Only a small part of the order was delivered... no response from customer service

Packaging problem: the package - too large for the content - arrived in very bad condition and was repaired by postal services. The content was intact.

Delivery a bit long

Searching for a product is not intuitive enough on the site, for example when I search for changing mat, I get other products displayed as a priority before the different models of mats.

The material is hard to imagine, like any distance order
