I only give 4 stars because my package did not arrive on time, it was lost before reaching me. Otherwise, the product is in accordance with what I had seen, in good condition.

The baskets were too small - not used. I tried to return them but it was too expensive. Not satisfied.

The package was torn on one side upon receipt, the product was not packaged at all, which caused it to be a bit damaged. Disappointed with the packaging that could have used a bit more care.

The site is very good, but the transport needs to be reviewed. I had requested a change of address that was not done and also that I be called 30 minutes before, which also was not done. The driver threw everything over the gate.

Good site and good product, I am still waiting for an order that has been pending for several weeks now so I hope it will arrive soon. Otherwise, the other orders arrived on time and in good condition.

Order received quickly and in good condition but shipping costs are excessive, probably due to the over-packaging of the product which could have simply been sent in an envelope.

The shortcuts from the menu are sometimes difficult to access, especially from a smartphone. Otherwise, the site is quite clear, with many photos to help purchase items.
