Hello, I am disappointed because the Rody bouncing ball is not identical to the one I ordered and for my autistic son it was very important that it be identical to the one he designated to receive as a gift, as a result I will have to order another one on another site exactly as he wishes, since the one you sent me does not match your image of the green Rody on your site. Indeed, I wanted a green Rody with blue on top but I received a green Rody with orange. Please know that for an autistic person this is very upsetting. Also in the future, I do not think I will place another order with you, as I remain dissatisfied with this bouncing ball which is still relatively expensive given my low income. The delivery from this site is a nightmare... order canceled by Wesco without reason or notifying me, then delivery scheduled by the delivery person on a different day than the chosen day. In short, I took 2 days off to never receive my item... I ended up canceling my order! I am also very disappointed with the customer service which is not attentive at all. Too bad because the products seem to be of very good quality
