Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
It's pathetic!! very disappointed, I do not recommend nor will I place an order with you. Both in terms of deliveries and the products delivered.

Delivery longer than expected and material not protected enough for my taste. Otherwise, nothing to say about the quality which is certainly there.

However, the delivery... the item was on the ground... fortunately it was well packaged.

I received my order which arrived as expected. The game is compliant and my 4-year-old daughter has used it a lot. I was able to tell her the time and show her the real time on the clock. I could show her important times, outings, bedtime. I regret that there are not more cards with other times and other activities drawn. There could be cards with times and activities to choose from to stick. This way the child could find their own clock.

Faster shipping than expected, so great. However, I was surprised to receive the modules simply in a plastic bag.. I expected a more protective packaging.

Big issues regarding delivery: a first delivery notice that we never found in our mailbox... Then after a call to Wesco, the carrier contacts us to confirm their visit on Wednesday... without specifying a time slot... basically, I take a day off to receive my son's play mat... after waiting more than 15 days... For an item that I paid 75 euros for, I'm a bit frustrated...

Quality item, but big downside during the order process: I could not choose a date in the proposed calendar. Despite my message asking to wait 15 days before shipping, Wesco did not take it into account....

Hello! I have received my order, and earlier than expected, I was delighted. However, despite doing everything necessary, my product does not work well, and I returned it on Monday, with an explanatory note. Hoping to receive another Time Tracker in good working condition and without additional costs (as I had to pay shipping fees to return it) soon, so I can properly rate the Wesco site! Best regards, C. Motta
