I sent a message asking not to send my order before a specified date as requested on their site, and it was of no use. It arrived during my vacation and the box was put in the mailbox, blocking the rest of the mail. Disappointed that Wesco does not read messages.

The quality is excellent. Of course, the price is quite high. But I have no doubt about the durability and lifespan of the items purchased from Wesco.

The GLS delivery person came to me without a mask and got angry when I asked him to put one on. He gave me 2 packages, one of which, I realized upon opening, does not belong to me. The delivery person struggled to take it back from me, claiming that the recipient's label was indeed in my name. When I asked him how to find my missing package, he told me it was not his problem, that it was up to me to sort it out with GLS, and that he only worked for this company during the day due to their workload. Since then, I am still waiting for my package...

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are particularly concerned about the quality of our products and services. We apologize as the delivery did not go according to our standards. We have filed a complaint with the concerned carrier to shed light on the situation. Without waiting for their response, we have proceeded to prepare a new shipment for the missing package. It will be dispatched at the beginning of next week. We are just as sorry as you about this situation. We hope that you will still come back to visit our site soon. Have a nice day.

Delivery system via Chronopost is unreliable. Delivery times and indications were not respected (ultimately delivery to a relay point far from my home) for a cost higher than a standard delivery.

They will be good that their shipping delivery tracking is up to date, the products arrived before the expected date while the shipment was still not validated.
