Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
VERY GOOD PRODUCT BUT DISASTROUS DELIVERY, DELIVERED ON THE SIDEWALK WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION WITH AN UNPLEASANT DELIVERY PERSON EVEN THOUGH PREVIOUS DELIVERY WAS AT THE DOOR OF THE HOME.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment and we sincerely apologize for this delivery delay which is far too long for our taste as well. We are particularly demanding about the quality of our services and we are all the more disappointed when it fails. Our customer service is at your disposal at [email protected] for any complaint regarding your order. In parallel, and in a continuous improvement approach, we will inform our logistics service of this unfortunate experience. Nevertheless, we hope to have the privilege of seeing you again soon on our site. Have a good day.

I had several advisors on the phone who were very unfriendly. I asked for help to make a quote (for €600) and was told that the colors 'N' do not exist without even looking, even though I insisted that I was sure I had seen that color before... I asked about delivery times and was told nonsense as if they wanted to dissuade me from my order, I don't understand... I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and it was the same each time. Fortunately, I was able to place my order myself; it's a shame this company has beautiful products, I'm now waiting for the receipt...

I am happy to have received my purchases. However, I am quite disappointed with the delivery. The packaging was of poor quality and a can of paint must have been lost among the twelve I ordered...(The three boxes exploded).
