Response from Wesco Published on 11/05/2020

Hello and thank you for your feedback. The microphone does indeed not have the same sound power as an electric microphone. However, its ingenious mechanism allows for a resonance effect like real stars. By speaking very close, you will notice it. We hope you will give this microphone a second chance for which we have no negative feedback. If you do not wish to keep it, we invite you to return it by contacting our customer service at [email protected] so that we can meet your expectations as soon as possible.
