I received my packages wrapped in a patchwork of boxes held together by tape in all directions.
Obviously, a good quantity of my order was missing, namely 22 packs of plasticine received out of 30 paid for and 17 balls received out of 20 paid for;
The modeling clay packs were damaged from being mishandled during transport.
I tried to call Wesco but no one answered.
I sent an email without a response for now (3 days ago).

Hello,
I am disappointed with the preparation of the order and the exchange that Wesco was supposed to make urgently.
To this day we still have not received the product ordered in the correct color.
Unfortunately, we have been waiting for 3 weeks to receive the correct package, yet customer service is ongoing.....

Very good quality, however, very poorly explained during assembly and small fragile parts during assembly, you don't even provide a spare, lamentable at the price it costs.

Chairs arrived just wrapped in thin plastic, not even bubble wrap, and without cardboard packaging. One of the chairs was broken at a corner. I returned the product.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite the care we take in preparing your packages, it happens that the product is not treated with enough care during its journey. We hope that the new chair sent to you will meet your satisfaction.

We ordered a bed 50x100 and a mattress + 2 mattress protectors. The bed is easy to assemble and really of good quality. I was a bit surprised by the material of the mattress, which seems to have a plastic cover; for now, we are wondering if the baby won't be too hot, especially this summer. Nevertheless, we are quite satisfied.
