Hello,
Following the quote sent and engaged by the town hall, I have not received a response regarding my order. After several weeks of waiting, I manage, with difficulty, to reach someone who takes my order into account.
Then, I receive it in duplicate.
I filled out the complaint form after speaking on the phone with an advisor.
Now I have no response and cannot reach you by phone.
The duplicate is waiting for the carrier at the primary school to be picked up.
Thank you for keeping me informed...
Best regards.

chair received broken. The packaging does not protect the chair. I can't reach customer service. Otherwise, the chair meets my expectations.

The site is good but the problem is paying when you are a Municipality. You have to validate the quote. But for us, this was not possible. Our accounting service had to pay with a credit card and not by mandate;

I already knew Wesco from my work in childcare in a micro-crèche. So I didn't hesitate for a second when it was time to order for my baby. Very easy navigation and superb quality products!
