I received the rest of the order yesterday, but it arrived in duplicate, with an item I had already received. I had indicated by email that I had already received this item. Delivery error but satisfied with the material.

Order placed with 3 items available within a week. Everything was delivered 6 weeks later!!!!! And this beyond the agreement of our establishment. We will therefore have to conduct another check! Very random response, no date, no commercial gesture. Table tops scratched, anti-finger pinch cracked. My two establishments as well as those part of our group will think about another supplier.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are absolutely sorry for not being as quick to deliver as we would have liked. Despite all the care we take in preparing your packages as quickly as possible, we have experienced a significant workload that explains this delay. We hope that our commercial gesture will help alleviate your disappointment and we hope to see you again soon, under better conditions.

Error with the item on your part and a minimum 15-day wait for customer service processing is lamentable

Navigating the site is quite easy. For the delivery, I was given a date during the week and then I received a message informing me that I would receive my order earlier than expected but... on a Saturday. In my package, I had a fiber optic lamp whose base is filled with water and glitter, but it leaked. Otherwise, the purchased products suit me.
