Order that was supposed to arrive between March 12 and 14, 2019, ultimately after 2 calls it arrives only on the 20th and it's not the right item. In the end, I have to fill out a form where there is a 15-day delay for processing and to find out if I can get a new one or be refunded!

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We place the utmost importance on providing you with quality service. As a French SME, we have chosen not to use a call center and thus handle your requests with all our attention. This choice sometimes involves delays but guarantees local economic dynamism and the maintenance of our values. We thank you for your patience and hope to see you again soon on our site.

I did not understand why I received an email notifying me that my entire order was on hold due to out-of-stock products, while everything was in stock on the site. Finally, after an email to customer service, which is very responsive, I received my order quickly, and everything was very well packaged and protected.

There are missing photos. For example, for changing mats, there should be an image of the underside showing the non-slip side.

Good site, the games are constantly renewed which is very interesting for parents as well as professionals. Only the prices are a bit discouraging but the quality is generally there (thus the longevity of the equipment).
