Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Delivery received more than 6 weeks after the order for 1 item that was out of stock. The item was delivered alone well before the others that I had to follow up on...

The items correspond exactly to what I expected, very well protected by the sturdy packaging. Overall observation: despite everything, I regret that, on the materials intended for learning with children, VAT is not lower!...

Top toys and childcare equipment. Just the price that can be scary sometimes.

Package poorly packaged, mattress edge even the box was torn, mattress cover carabiner defective, the latter gives off a very strong unbearable smell of burnt plastic, impossible to use it like the inclined plane, black mattress foam for a baby hygiene is paramount and frankly not present at all, after-sales service absent after numerous calls and emails with no response from them, it has been a month since we have been trying to reach someone without success... It's pathetic, I do not recommend at all... I who thought the brand was serious, I am extremely disappointed and will not fail to specify it.

Very good product, however, we are offered to choose a delivery day that suits us, but it was delivered a few days later. Too bad.

The site itself is very good, however, the delivery and the friendliness of the representatives leave much to be desired!
The site indicated my items were available, it took me over a month to receive everything!
And when I called to find out where it was, the representative was more than unpleasant.
I was hesitating to buy from another site and well, that's what I will do next time!

Received quickly. Matches the request and description. Easy to connect... Only downside: as a childminder, I had to order as a private individual? Even though we are not nurseries... We are professionals in early childhood.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for the feedback. As a childminder, you can have a professional account: when creating the account, just select 'Extracurricular organizations' and then 'Childminder' from the list. We can modify your account for you if you wish. Send your request to [email protected].
