Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Packaging was poorly done. Items inside the box were not secured. Result: a box of 50 small gel tubes was torn open, tubes scattered with some missing their caps. This is the first time I received a Wesco package like this!

We regret that there is no customer service for the ball pits. Impossible to change the damaged inflatable ring, impossible to have it repaired by your services.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. Indeed, the ball pit in question is no longer part of our product offering. It is a reference dating back to 2016 which has since undergone improvements and we are no longer able to provide spare parts for this specific reference. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and assure you that if we could have provided you with a replacement solution, we would have done so without hesitation. Have a nice day.
