I would appreciate it if the site mentioned (for each product) the place of manufacture, this would give an idea of the quality and avoid unpleasant surprises. The product videos are very helpful, they helped me in my choices.

Given the thousands of references available on our site, updating the place of manufacture can only be done gradually. Very disappointed with the delivery. I paid more for express delivery. The deadlines were not only not respected, but the delivery took 3 days for a wooden kitchen. Finally, the card was debited while the delivery was not made.

I received the broken chest, I request a refund, you send me 2 documents, one telling me that I need to return the damaged goods at my expense, so 13.90 euros. With a label to stick on the package to send it back to you, which I did on Wednesday 20/12/2023 in the evening, and the next day I receive a message saying that it is not necessary given the photos I sent you, and that you will send me a chest. So in all this, it costs me, I want to send you all the proof of your letter and my shipment to Chronopost, as by chance, [email protected] tells me that my message is refused. Thank you Wesco, very disappointed.

Efficient customer service but the product was defective twice. Optimal response from customer service during the first return: "We confirm the handling of your complaint. We are doing what is necessary to send you a new board. We will not take back the defective one, you can throw it away. With all our apologies for the inconveniences encountered." However, the second product had the same defect. I did not return it but repaired it myself. The brand is JUVENILIA. Disappointed by the quality of manufacturing.
